On the occasion of beautiful moment of the New Year, all employees of Baode gathered at Baoding Xingrui Hotel to hold the 2024 annual summary meeting with the theme of " Working hand in hand for ten years, overcoming all obstacles and facing the future", and celebrate the company's tenth anniversary simultaneously on January 17, 2025.

After a video recording the growth was played, the celebration kicked off officially. The company's leader, General Manager Li Yingwei, delivered a speech. He analyzed the current market dynamics and described the company's future blueprint vividly. Mr. Li first expressed his gratitude to the partners who have provided strong support to the company for a long time, and highly praised the hard work and dedication of all employees. In his speech, he also reviewed the achievements and challenges faced in 2024. His sincere words and forward-looking outlook won warm applause from the guests and employees.

Subsequently, Chairman Mr. Chen Zhixin gave a speech entitled "Follow your dreams and live up to the prime of life ，continue to work hard to achieve the set goals." In his speech, he reviewed and summarized the company's ten years of ups and downs from emerging to growth. He was grateful to all colleagues who have followed Baode along the way. He affirmed remarkable achievements in the past ten years and clarified development goals and plans for the next ten years. Finally, He expressed his confidence: Although dream is far away, you can reach it by struggle; although wish is difficult, you can achieve it by persistence. Baode is opening a new chapter!

Baode's achievements are the result of the joint efforts of every employee. We believe that every hard work will reap corresponding rewards. At the annual meeting, grand commendations and awards were given to those employees who have accompanied the company through ten years and have always adhered to their posts, and to the leaders who worked hard and made outstanding contributions during the startup period and promoted talents after the company developed smoothly. In the cheerful melody of happy birthday, two former leaders, Ms. Lu and Ms. Huang, cut the birthday cake, which symbolized the flourishing development of Baode, and made wishes with hope. They pray that Baode will shine more dazzlingly in the next ten years, and Baode colleagues will move forward bravely, continue to innovate and write glorious chapters.
